Not surprisingly, the 2009 Zinfandel Ueberroth Vineyard exhibits lots of structure as well as a chalky minerality, lavish kirsch and black currant fruit and more muscle and density than many of its siblings. It will be even better with 1-2 years of bottle age and will be one of the few 2009 Zins that will last a decade or more.
