Paul Déthune owns seven hectares of vineyards in Ambonnay. He only makes Grand Cru Champagne. Their NV Grand Cru Brut represents tremendous value . It is made from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay all from Grand Cru vineyards. The nose presents a cornacopia of fresh fruit mingled with yeasty overtones. On the palate, the wine is impecably balanced with a long, elegant finish. It will work well as an appertif and equally well with food.
