100% Syrah from some of the greatest top secret sites on the Côte Brune. Aged 15 months in new oak and bottled without fining or filtration.

Dark red. Aromas of raspberry, coffee, mocha, flowers and exotic woodsmoke. Sweet and fairly pliant but powerfully structured and backward, with a strong impression of extract. Finishes with pepper and oak notes and fairly fine tannins. But this big boy needs a few years of additional bottle aging.
